Your merchandise will be shipped directly to your home or business via Federal Express ground. Please provide a physical street address to ship to, no P.O. Box address.
Some items require LTL shipping, if this is the case you will be contacted within 24 hours with the updated shipping fees based on weight, volume and delivery address.
Generally, orders will arrive 1-5 business days after they are shipped.
Shipping rates apply to the Continental United States.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and the UK are available; additional shipping charges will apply.
If shipping to addresses outside the continental United States, please call 1-773-348-7900 we will calculate the shipping charges and confirm your acceptance before merchandise is shipped.
If your order requires delivery by LTL, shipping fees will be calculated by weight, volume and delivery address. If you require special handling such as lift gate or limited access please inform us at time of order so we can calculate the proper shipping fees.
Once order has been shipped, if change of address is required there will be a additional reconsignment charge.
