These were just what I was looking for. Shipping was fast and the product is very well built. I'm willing to bet these hold up better than the original and give me at least another 10 years on these kitchen bar stools!
Excellent customer service. Exactly what I needed. Quick shipping
worked like a champ. now I wanrt to order one more exact swivel
how do I go about ordering ?
Our 2 bar stools are old and we didn't know where to find replacements. I was skeptical about ordering online from a company I didn't know. They arrived quickly, fit the stools, and rotate smoothly. what more could we ask.
Reasonably priced for an item normally not easy to find. Packaging was very good, reasonable delivery time frame. A snap to install., and perfect fit. Good solid construction and swivels with ease.
I am very pleased with his item.
Perfect fit, fast shipping, and easy to replace. When you want it right go with the experts
Well built and solid. Good value
Exactly what I needed. I had a stool over 50 years old and needed the swivel replaced.. The swivel fit perfect, had it installed I just a few minutes. Shipping was fast - actually quicker than advertised.
Exactly what I ordered.
Great Price & Customer Service.
We had no idea that after bearings went out, they could be replaced with a new plate. For years we tolerated the wobbliness from the (3 )kitchen stools that, unfortunately, we got rid of two stools. When I saw your website and description of the types of plates, I immediately ordered it. It was the best thing I could have done. Perfectly screwed to our stool and worked. Now, we will be having it upholstered and have a brand new looking stool. Thanks YOU!
Fit exactly as advertised.
Fits perfectly. Easy to install.
Solid construction and fit like a glove. A little stiff at first, but a few rotations solved that problem. Highly recommend.
Quality product and fast delivery. My bar stools are more stable now than when I first got them.
Thanks this is just what I needed perfect fit fast shipping great price thanks guys
Great product, fast shipping, web site is easy to use.
I mistakenly order wrong product. I clicked on wrong picture. I need a swivel plate with 6 inch plates on both sides. Currently trying to contact them but I guess the Friday before the Labor Day weekend is a holiday for them also. Left message.
The plate I received although wrong item appears to be well made and sturdy. I hope to return the item for the correct item. 5 stars because it is very well made even though wrong item.
My barstools are over 20 years old and they fit perfectly
I was having a hard time finding a replacement part for this chair until I found your website. I ordered the part from the website, and it was just what I needed. The chair is fixed, and just like new.
This product restored a stool that I had previously thought about replacing. I had to elongate one hole to match the pattern on my stool but other than that it everything else was great.
I received the part I ordered and it looks great. I just have one small problem, it will not fit my stool. it fits the seat but not the stool.
They helped us meet a deadline
I was a little nervous when I ordered these, worried they may not be the right size. I was glad they fit perfect, and replacement of the old swivels went smoothly.
Highly recommended
This item fit perfectly and functioned exactly as I had wanted it to. It was also at a reasonable price. So, I am totally satisfied and would recommend it to others.
I ordered two of these parts via the website one day after business hours and they were delivered to my house the next day. I had a question that I left on a voicemail the delivery day - again after business hours. The next day it was answered before noon. Exceptional Service!
And, by the way, they worked perfectly!
They fit perfectly,
First, your company did a great job getting the product out as quickly as possible. Was very pleased with your notice of when it was going to be shipped and it was the same day that I ordered it. thank you very much. When I first received it, I wasn't even sure if it was working. I called your place and you assured me that one I got it on that it would be exactly as it should be. You were right. It was very easy to replace and it works perfectly. thank you again. I was very pleased that I could save our 30+ years old stool. Very pleasant and professional customer service.
Replacement swivels were perfect fit. Chairs have not swiveled that well in years. Price and service were excellent.
This old kitchen set is still our favorite for its comfort.
This 30 year old kitchen set is still more comfortable than any of the new ones I have seen. I did not know the manufacturer and the store I purchased it from was no longer in business making it impossible for me to provide to provide for the replacement swivel. Seats & Swivels knew exactly what I was looking for and solved my problem perfecto. Hats off for a great job, thank you!
Believe afters of looking, ordering and needing to return, I am in hopes that these will actually work. I so appreciate the man taking time to look at the photos I sent and shipping them so quickly. I received them today. MANY THANKS!!!!!
We have some very old stools that we want to keep going. The last time I replaced a swivel, I had to make an adapter plate. Finally found this company and was able to get a high quality exact replacement made in the USA!!! Quick shipping--thanks.
