I would order from this company again.
Placed our order online. The product was shipped quickly, these are quality plates and easy to install. They are stiff initially, but do loosen with use. Very happy with them and the price was fair.
The part arrived today and after opening the package, I thought there might be a problem, as I could not spin the plate to gain access to the mounting holes. A little mechanical prodding and it moved . After installation, the new swivel plate moves freely and smoothly. I was happy with the ordering process and with the product.
When the swivel piece on my favorite office chair failed, I thought I'd have to throw out the whole chair. I found this company via a quick web search and, better yet, the part I needed was on sale. The plate arrived within a couple of days and took minutes to install. I'm so happy to have my chair back and I know it will last years: this heavy-duty steel swivel plate is far superior to the part that came with the chair. The chair feels very secure and swivels smoothly. Thanks for a great product and for selling a single part to an individual--not many companies will do that for replacement parts. Highly recommend this company and its products.
Excellent purchase experience. Perfect replacement part! Easy to install. Quick delivery.
Excellent product of great quality! Couldn't be more pleased. Heavy Duty construction exceeds the originals.
Called and was able to talk to someone, helped so much. Much better than the ones that came with the our new bar stools.

First time using this company, and I'm very pleased with the product and the company. Ordering was simple, shipment was fast, and the product was exactly what needed.
Well made , heavier than original and fast shipping
Well made , heavier than original and fast shipping
Heavy duty better then the ones that came on chairs!
This appears to be a well built swivel. I chose it due to the 400lb rating it had, when others didn't list a weight.
Thank you very much. They work great. Fast delivery and priced fair.
The product showed up quickly and was very easy to install.
Quick service and shipping . Excellent product.
Shipping was lightning fast. The quality was really high. I picked this one over most of the others on the market because it is the lowest profile that I could find. The bearing feels stiff right out of the box, but when installed it feels perfect.
Great product to replace original stool swivel
These replacement parts are far superior to the original parts on our stools. The original parts were made in China. These parts are made in the USA !!
RELY SUPER SERVICE AND PRODUCT
Fit my bar stools perfectly and are better than when they were new.
Just finished installing 4 swivel plates to our bar stools. So far so good. They seem very well made, which is what I was looking for. Also, I was surprised on how fast I received them. Thank you.
Plates arrived when promised, they worked perfectly.
Great service, pleased with product
The swivel arrived promptly and fit the seat perfectly. It is a bit stiff, but use may loosen it up.
I was pleased to receive my order in three days and am pleased with the swivel replacement thus far.
Replacing the swivel on my garage stool. This swivel is far superior to the swivel I'm replacing. Heavy material. Very smooth rotation. GREAT price for GREAT quality. I'll buy from here again.
Had a barrel chair that the Swivel plate broke. The wanted $50 + for plate and new floor ring. You had plate available which saved me about $50.00 also fast delivery.
Swivels were exactly what I expected; grandkids are going to have a great time spinning around on them.
Prompt delivery, perfect fit and the price was right!
Swivel part is installed! (and all by myself) I feel like a Rock Star. I'm a 68 year old Gramma.
So far so good!
Our original Swivel on the chair bent and released most of the bearings fell out, So I wanted a heavier one. This one was rated for 500lb. Well it is definitely heavier. Smooth operation and seams well built. Was shipped quickly. I would recommend ordering from this company in the future.
