Return & Refund Policies
Returns
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.

If you need to return your purchase you must get a return authorization number either by calling or e-mailing. No credit will be refunded without prior authorization. The authorization number should be clearly marked on the top of each carton. This number will help us track your return for a faster refund. You must return your order within 7 days of delivery. Your purchase must be returned in the original factory carton, and be repacked the same way it was shipped to you. Proper packaging will avoid any damage in the return transit. You will be responsible for the return freight. Sorry, we cannot refund your original shipping and handling.
All non upholstery products including Breuer cane maybe returned or exchanged for a full refund less shipping. All custom upholstery orders in our Grade 2 vinyl or fabric maybe returned with a 20% restocking fee. All custom upholstery orders in our Grade 4 vinyl or fabric are non refundable.
Refunds
Your refund will be given once we have received and processed the returned items which should be accompanied with the RETURN AUTHORIZATION number.
Cancellations
You may cancel any order that has not yet entered the manufacturing process for no charge. Please contact us to check status of your order. Your order is only cancelled with our cancellation confirmation number.

Shipping Policies
- Fed Ex Ground Shipping
- Your merchandise will be shipped directly to your home or business via Federal Express ground.
- Generally, orders will arrive 1-5 business days after they are shipped.
- Shipping rates apply to the Continental United States.
- Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada and the UK are available; additional shipping charges will apply.
- If shipping to addresses outside the continental United States, please call toll free: 866-967-3287.
- We will calculate the shipping charges and confirm your acceptance before merchandise is shipped.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
