Classic Breuer Bar Stool

The chairs I purchased are very comfortable. I've had big and small use the chairs and all have commented on the comfort WITHOUT any prompting from me.

I had been looking for counter height Breuer chairs for so long! I found vintage ones, new ones - but they were either too expensive, bar stools, or not exactly what we were looking for. I was eyeing these for a while before my husband told me to just get them already! And I am so happy we did! They are gorgeous. We bought the honey oak/ cane back and seats with chrome. Absolutely perfect! And the shipping came in 4 days!

We have had Marcel Breuer chairs (with and without arms) for our dining room and eat-in kitchen for well over 40+ years. When the opportunity came to get stools for our re-modeled kitchen island, there was no other choice. The stools are well crafted; rugged and easy to assemble. The pre-drilled pilot holes, however, were very tight and had to be slightly widened to accept the screws sent with the chair backs and seats. Forcing the screws would have stripped the heads of the screws. THANKS for allowing us to continue our Breuer chair dining tradition !!!

These are great. Comfy, nice big seats (for 21st century bottoms). Pre-drilled holes helped with assembly. Boxes were in rough shape upon delivery (barely even boxes -- more like some pieces of cardboard in close proximity), but chairs were safe and undamaged. Great customer service (I had a question about the cane). Recommended!

I ordered two 24" Breuer bar stools to replace two inferior quality stools that cost me more than the Breuers but began to fall apart after barely a year. The quality of the stools is great - they're sturdy and coordinate well with my Lange dining chairs in a similar Art Deco style. I needed the stools in a hurry for house guests; Seats and Stools went above and beyond and ensured that I took delivery of them in Northern California, assembled and brought into my house, within four days. My only regret is that I didn't order the slightly taller frame, as they are slightly low against our island. But they work. I would just recommend measuring a second time to ensure they fit your space. Thank you Seats and Stools for the product and excellent customer service. I will certainly recommend you to others.
