Replacement Tilted ( 3 Degree Pitch ) Bar Stool Swivel Plates for bar stools and chairs that have backs. 

Measure mounting screw holes on top plate: most replacement swivel bases for chairs will be 5 1/4" apart, measuring from center of slot to center of slot.

Measure mounting screws holes on bottom: round plate on bottom has 4 threaded 1/4" bolt holes 2 1/2" on center. Attaches to Base/Frame.
