    I am absolutely thrilled with how easily this order was processed. In this time of delayed shipments and other covid-related problems, I had no idea if we could get these seats in time for Thanksgiving. I called and left a message about what I was looking forward, and got a very prompt call back. The service was personal and delivery was swift. The only hiccup was that the holes on our ancient chairs did not line up with the current markings, but some careful adjustments on our part, and we had the new seats aligned and installed. We used Seats and Stools several years ago, and our records were still on file, so the order went very smoothly. The products are first class and the service is A++
