The Marcel Breuer Cesca chair was invented in 1928 by Marcel Breuer, who named it after his daughter Francesca. Our version of the classic 1928 Marcel Breuer Cane Cesca Chair sports a cantilevered style frame crafted from tubular steel, making it functional, lightweight, and comfortable. Our Cesca cane seat chairs are available in multiple finish options so you can create a custom look for your home, office, restaurant or bar. If you need to repair your chair you can purchase cane chair seat and back replacements or chair base replacements here. The Marcel Breuer chair is perfect for your "work from home" solution. The cesca chair from Italy is not only great looking it's comfortable too. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product due to monitors resolution, color of product may appear different to those shown on our web site.

We assemble all side Breuer Cane chairs for you for free, so all you have to do is unpack.

    Had to wait 3 months for delivery because of the pandemic, but they were very upfront with this when I placed the order. Customer service always responded promptly. The chairs arrived yesterday and I am thrilled with the quality. They come fully assembled and they were packaged with care.

    I am so happy with my Cesca chairs. It was a long wait due to the pandemic, but it was worth the wait—almost 5 months. The chairs are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. So glad I found this site and you kept me informed as to the delivery date. The chairs arrived yesterday and were perfectly packed. I have wanted these chairs for years and I finally have them—thank you so much!

    The chairs are beautiful and comfortable. The wait was about 13-14 weeks when told it could take 8-10 weeks. At some point thought I was not getting my chairs lol! But they did arrive and I love them. Worth the wait, great quality.

    Lovely Chairs, Terrible Delivery

    I've been waiting for nice chairs to arrive and the date kept getting delayed. Finally I was notified that FedEx would deliver yesterday. I waited in all day, though it was the first nice day of the winter and I had things to do. No delivery. Today Fedex tracking said sometime today. Then nothing. Finally at 3, I contacted customer service and was told there would be further delay though they had the items in at the local facility! I drove 20 minutes there and collected them myself. Terrible shipping service, but I do love the chairs!

    I bought two Breuer Cane Cesca chairs. They arrived fully assembled which was fantastic. They are lightweight and low-profile but still very comfortable. The shipping was slower due to the pandemic - I waited about 2 months - but customer service was responsive and once they received their shipment from Italy they were shipped to me within a few days.

    Obsessed with this chair! It's so beautiful, exactly as shown. It did take a while to arrive due to being backed up from COVID, but the customer service was great when I called they told me exactly why it was delayed. Worth the wait.
